Applicable scenario
Disaster Recovery of Data in Cloud
The client's server has key business data, which needs to have a copy saved in each historical time point.
Local Data Center Business-Level Disaster Recovery
The server has key business data which needs not only to have a copy saved in each historical time point but also to ensure that cloud disaster recovery data ready when faced with business interruption (preconditions for business readiness).
RAC Cluster Cloud Disaster Recovery of Key Database
If the Oracle / Oracle RAC database cluster for key business or the database on the small computer needs cloud disaster recovery protection, technology based on application-layer data log replication is recommended to realize real-time data disaster recovery.
Data-Level Cloud Disaster Recovery of Local Data Center
Data real-time replication of operating system, database, application and files are transmitted to the cloud backup resource pool for storage by private network, or public Internet, realizing data level backup at remote site.
Backup Object
Include Operating system, database, application, file in windows or Linux physical host, and virtual host on virtualization platform.
Backup Strategy
Scheduled backup; Support database live backup (support Oracle, SQL, MySQL and other stand-alone or primary / standby clusters, excluding Oracle RAC)
Business-Level Disaster Recovery in Local Data Center
Data of operating system, database, application, file and virtualization host in the local IDC is transmitted to front-end cloud DR host in real time, via local network and FC SAN storage network. And then the front-end cloud DR host shall transmit the backup data to the storage resource pool in the remote cloud.
When the production host fails, the front-end cloud storage can directly provide data recovery or emergency mounting for the computing resources through the local network or FC SAN storage network.
Backup Object
Operating system, Database, Application, File, Virtualization host
Backup Strategy
Scheduled or real-time continuous backup (CDP), support database live backup (support Oracle, SQL, MySQL and other stand-alone or primary backup clusters, excluding Oracle RAC)
RAC Cluster Cloud Disaster Recovery of Core Database
Log of cluster database in local data center is replicated in real time and saved in the local backup server through the local network. The local backup server has the CDP protection function and keeps recording the data in each historical point, to ensure that the historical data can be extracted at any time during recovering or drilling. The backup server will also transmit the backup data to the storage resource pool in the remote cloud.
When the production host fails or drills, the front-end cloud storage can directly provide historical data recovery or emergency mounting for the computing resources through the local network or FC SAN storage network.
Backup Object
Oracle RAC Cluster Database
