On September 1, the Huangpu District Symposium on the Digital Transformation of Time-Honored Enterprises and Alliance Launch was successfully held at the Huangpu Government Service Center. Representatives from district and municipal government departments, research institutions, financial organizations, and multiple time-honored enterprises gathered to explore transformation and innovation pathways in the era of the digital economy. Zhang Bin, Vice President of Sales at Info2soft, was invited to participate and joined the roundtable discussion with time-honored enterprises.
The event was guided by the Shanghai Municipal Data Bureau and hosted by the Huangpu District Data Bureau. In his opening speech, Deputy Director Chen Jiong highlighted the importance of digital transformation in revitalizing time-honored enterprises. Alliance Chairman He Zheng shared the alliance’s founding goals and progress, while the Municipal Data Bureau presented policies on “digital business inclusion” and enterprise-support initiatives, offering practical guidance for transformation.

Roundtable Dialogue
During the roundtable, three key themes were discussed: opportunities and experience sharing, the balance between standardization and customization, and designing practical first-touch points.
As a guest speaker, Zhang Bin introduced Info2soft as a STAR Market-listed enterprise registered in Huangpu District. Since its founding, the company has focused on data replication and management, with extensive applications in financial risk control, enterprise data synchronization, and securities trading.
On the topic of digital transformation for time-honored enterprises, Zhang Bin emphasized that traditional companies have accumulated vast amounts of data over decades—from handwritten ledgers to digital systems and now the era of artificial intelligence. These data are both invaluable assets and major challenges in transformation. By combining AI with Info2soft’s real-time replication and synchronization technologies, enterprises can achieve more efficient data governance and seamless real-time flows.
For example, in financial institutions and state-owned enterprises, Info2soft has enabled millisecond-level data transfers—allowing instant risk detection and automated transaction blocking. The same capability can bring immense value to time-honored enterprises.
Case Study – Pharmaceutical Group
Zhang Bin shared the case of a pharmaceutical group that used Info2soft’s solutions to achieve real-time data aggregation across 72 subsidiaries, 150 databases, and 3,158 tables. The system collected up to 236 GB of data per hour, fully supporting instant analysis and efficient decision-making.
He further noted that Info2soft not only provides foundational capabilities aligned with national compliance standards but also delivers customized solutions tailored to enterprise scenarios. This includes support for e-commerce promotions, accelerated supply chains, and enhanced data security governance—key areas for time-honored enterprises to compete effectively.
Closing Insights
In the final session, experts from the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), Lao Feng Xiang, and China Construction Bank shared additional perspectives. The symposium not only built a bridge between time-honored enterprises and digital service providers but also offered new insights into standardized pathways and customized practices for transformation.
As a leading company in data replication and management, Info2soft will continue leveraging its technological strengths to help time-honored enterprises achieve both heritage preservation and innovation. Most importantly, by building a secure, reliable, and real-time data foundation, Info2soft aims to strengthen the digital resilience of these enterprises—ensuring steady, sustainable growth amid market competition and uncertainty.
