End User License Agreement (EULA)

Info2soft grants you a non-excusive, non-transferable, limited icense to use the Sotware solely for your intemal business operations, subject to the terms of this Agreement and any applicable order forms or licensing documentation.

You may not:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Software.

Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

Use the Software for any illegal purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

You may not:

a) Modify, reverse engineer, decomple, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law

b) Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Software to any third party.

c) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

d) Use the Software for any illegal purpose or in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Support, maintenance, and updates may be provided by linfo2soft pursuant to a separate support agreement. This EULA does not entitle you to any

support services unless agreed in writing.

Software support, maintenance, and updates may be provided by Info2soft under a separate agreement. This Agreement does not obligate lhfo2soft to provide any support or updates.

You agree to keep all non-public, technical, or business information received under this Agreement confidential and to use such infomation only as authorized.

This Agreement is effective untl terminated. It will terminate automaticaly without notice if you fal to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and related materials.

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.Info2soft discicims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Info2sof be liable for any indrect, special,incidenta, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of china, without regard to its confict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shanghai, People's Republic of China.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Info2soft with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements.
