On April 29, 2026, the opening ceremony of the GFTN & Yincubator Shanghai Office, along with the launch of the “Going Global” program, was grandly held at Bund Tower in Shanghai. Justin Hu, Chairman and CEO of Info2soft, was invited to attend. The event was hosted by the Huangpu District Investment Promotion Office, with attendance from key district leaders as well as distinguished guests including Neil Parekh, Vice Chairman of GFTN, and Sopnendu Mohanty, CEO of GFTN.
Xu Huili, Secretary of the CPC Huangpu District Committee, stated that Huangpu serves as a core functional area for building Shanghai into an international financial center and is a preferred destination for multinational corporations, financial institutions, and innovation platforms entering China. She noted that fintech has become a key driver of high-quality development in Huangpu. As a global fintech network platform initiated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, GFTN plays an important role in promoting industrial collaboration and financial innovation.
Justin Hu of Info2soft remarked that, as a key fintech enterprise in Huangpu District, Info2soft has extensive practical experience in helping the financial industry strengthen data security, enhance business resilience, and achieve data interconnectivity. The company has served thousands of financial institutions, including banks, securities firms, funds, and insurance companies, such as Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Guotai Haitong Securities, DBS Securities (China), Harvest Fund, Taiping Insurance, and the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Info2soft is well-positioned to support secure digital connectivity between financial institutions in Shanghai and Singapore.
In his speech, Neil Parekh emphasized that Huangpu District offers a strong talent pool, well-developed infrastructure, and an excellent institutional environment, creating strategic opportunities for the integration of financial heritage and innovation. The establishment of the GFTN Shanghai Office marks the official launch of its on-the-ground operations platform in China, which will promote the localization of global fintech and advanced technology enterprises in Huangpu and foster an open, innovative, and collaborative ecosystem.
The event also announced the official launch of strategic cooperation between Huangpu District and GFTN, as well as the establishment of the “Going Global” program, Yincubator Cloud Map Overseas (Shanghai), and the Bund FTC International Acceleration (SEGA) Center. These initiatives aim to provide new platforms for cultivating enterprises’ international capabilities, connecting global resources, and supporting investment incubation.
As an innovative company centered on a data resilience foundation, Info2soft has recently been recognized as an “Innovative Enterprise Headquarters” in Shanghai. It has accumulated extensive experience in data replication, disaster recovery, cross-border data compliance, and AI-enabled business continuity. Its proprietary technologies—including byte-level replication, database semantic replication, and volume block-level replication—enable the construction of a robust technical framework to ensure business continuity and cross-border data security for critical operations.
In fintech scenarios, Info2soft achieves a balance among cross-border data compliance, business continuity, and privacy protection. By leveraging AI to optimize disaster recovery strategies and risk forecasting, the company provides intelligent operations and real-time response capabilities. These capabilities closely align with GFTN’s focus areas, such as cross-border payments, data security, AI applications in finance, and regulatory sandboxes, offering a clear strategic pathway for Info2soft’s expansion into Singapore and the broader regional market.
In 2025, Info2soft established a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore. Looking ahead, the company will leverage its data security expertise developed in Shanghai to deliver practical digitalization and business continuity solutions for enterprises across the region. This event not only strengthens policy and industrial collaboration between Shanghai and Singapore in fintech, but also lays a solid foundation for Info2soft’s overseas innovation and technology deployment.
