The conference brought together industry customers, ecosystem partners, and enterprise representatives from across the Guizhou region. As Info2soft’s first large-scale channel event in Guizhou, the conference not only marked a new milestone in regional ecosystem collaboration, but also further strengthened the company’s local service capabilities and partner network development, laying a solid foundation for future expansion in Southwest China.

At the beginning of the event, Zhang Bin, General Manager of Sales at Info2soft, delivered the opening keynote. He stated that as AI, big data, and industry digital transformation continue accelerating, enterprises are placing increasing emphasis on business continuity and data security protection. Data resilience is evolving from an “optional capability” into an “essential foundation” for modern digital infrastructure.

Facing increasingly complex business environments in industries such as healthcare, government, energy, and manufacturing, Info2soft will continue focusing on building a “data resilience foundation,” while working together with ecosystem partners to deliver more stable, secure, and efficient data protection and disaster recovery systems for customers, helping drive high-quality regional digital transformation.

Deepening Regional Collaboration and Exploring New Practices in Data Resilience

During the keynote session, Info2soft Sales Manager Ling Aili delivered a presentation titled “Why Choose Info2soft,” systematically introducing the company’s core strengths in data replication, disaster recovery switchover, and business continuity from multiple dimensions including corporate capabilities, product differentiation, and localized service support.

He highlighted that as the only publicly listed company in China’s disaster recovery industry, Info2soft has consistently maintained high R&D investment and long-term technological leadership in the fields of disaster recovery and data replication, serving numerous customers across government, healthcare, energy, and enterprise sectors.

Combined with real-world deployment cases, he further showcased Info2soft’s differentiated capabilities in business continuity scenarios. Meanwhile, Info2soft has already established a comprehensive localized service system in Guizhou, supported by vendor-certified engineers and senior technical teams capable of providing integrated services ranging from solution design and testing validation to project delivery and post-sales operation and maintenance support.

Next-Generation Data Replication Solutions and Benchmark Deployment Practices

Next, Zhang Guomin, Technical Manager for Southwest China at Info2soft, delivered a keynote presentation titled “Info2soft Next-Generation Data Replication Technology Solutions and Case Sharing,” comprehensively demonstrating Info2soft’s strategic layout in the field of data resilience from technical architecture and product capabilities to industry practices.

During the session, Zhang Guomin focused on Info2soft’s next-generation data protection system built around “unified backup, unified scheduling, and unified management.” The platform supports complex environments including databases, virtualization, cloud platforms, containers, big data platforms, and domestic distributed databases, enabling a full-stack capability framework covering:

  • Real-time replication
  • Continuous Data Protection (CDP)
  • High-availability disaster recovery
  • Cross-cloud migration
  • Unified backup and recovery

Addressing the growing challenge of massive-scale data protection, he also introduced Info2soft’s distributed disaster recovery architecture and high-performance elastic scalability capabilities. Through containerized global scheduling engines, distributed object storage pools, and global deduplication technologies, the platform can automatically perform failover during node failures while supporting horizontal scaling and high-throughput data processing, significantly improving backup and recovery efficiency in large-scale environments.

In database protection scenarios, Info2soft now provides broad compatibility with mainstream databases and domestic distributed databases including Oracle, MySQL, GaussDB, OceanBase, GoldenDB, and TDSQL. Leveraging continuous log protection, block-level incremental tracking, and real-time synchronization technologies, the platform achieves second-level RPO and point-in-time recovery capabilities to meet the strict requirements of mission-critical systems.

With the rapid growth of virtualization and cloud environments, Info2soft also offers agentless VM backup, cross-platform disaster recovery, and heterogeneous migration capabilities. The platform supports VMware, Hyper-V, as well as mainstream domestic virtualization and cloud platforms, enabling second-level VM recovery, cross-platform migration, and automated disaster recovery drills while significantly reducing operational complexity and business interruption risks.

Notably, Info2soft is also advancing AI-driven intelligent operations and maintenance capabilities, transforming disaster recovery systems from “tool-based management” toward “autonomous intelligent operations.” Through AI agent technologies, the platform can deliver predictive failure warnings, intelligent root cause analysis, autonomous policy optimization, and automated recovery decision-making, further driving data protection toward unattended and intelligent operation models.

SmartX Shares Enterprise Cloud and AI Platform Innovations to Empower Regional Digital Transformation

Following this, SmartX Solution Engineer Ma Wei delivered a keynote titled “SmartX Enterprise Cloud — From Architectural Integration to Zero Business Interruption.”

He systematically introduced the development of SmartX’s enterprise cloud platform from hyper-converged infrastructure and distributed storage to AI platforms, while also sharing deployment practices across finance, manufacturing, healthcare, and other mission-critical industries.

Ma Wei emphasized that the SmartX cloud platform enables “zero data loss” and “zero business interruption” for critical workloads through dual-active architecture, synchronous replication, and disaster recovery drill technologies. The platform also supports multi-cluster management, self-service approval workflows, and multi-tenant isolation, helping enterprises build highly stable and efficient business continuity systems.

He also introduced SmartX’s innovations in AI enablement and intelligent operations, including containerized management, business self-healing, predictive failure warning, and automated recovery strategies, helping enterprises improve operational efficiency and accelerate business innovation.

In terms of data protection, the platform supports block storage, file storage, and cloud-native storage architectures while maintaining compatibility with various databases and virtualization environments, enabling a full-stack capability framework from real-time replication to cross-cloud migration.

Tea Break Networking and Ecosystem Collaboration Discussions

During the tea break session, many partners engaged in face-to-face discussions with the Info2soft team regarding product capabilities, customer requirements, and future cooperation opportunities. The relaxed and open atmosphere further strengthened regional ecosystem collaboration and resource sharing among partners.

At the same time, interactive lucky draw activities continuously energized the event atmosphere. As multiple prizes were announced, applause and cheers filled the venue, further enhancing participant engagement while showcasing Info2soft’s open, pragmatic, and win-win partnership philosophy.

In recent years, with the rapid advancement of domestic IT innovation, AI applications, and industry digital transformation, enterprises have placed increasingly higher demands on data security and business continuity capabilities. Especially in critical industries such as healthcare, government, and energy, ensuring stable operation of mission-critical systems in complex environments has become a major focus of enterprise digital transformation.

As a leading vendor in the fields of data replication and disaster recovery, Info2soft remains committed to technology-driven innovation while deepening ecosystem collaboration and regional partnerships. By helping more enterprises upgrade from “traditional disaster recovery” to “data resilience,” Info2soft continues providing a stronger, safer, and more reliable data foundation for enterprise digitalization and intelligent transformation.
