The center operates multiple critical systems on VMware, including smart reminders, Wanda applications, and Convenient Healthcare 2.0. Cloud Migration: Adopted hot migration mode to Tianyi Cloud without changing the existing architecture. A scheduled cutover window was used to pause business systems, ensuring no incremental data was generated during final switchover.
Database Upgrade Process:
- Conducted full database information survey and planning.
- Replicated local Oracle RAC to Tianyi Cloud.
- Performed pre-switch testing by pointing applications to the cloud database for verification.
- After validation, reverted applications back to the local database.
- Carried out local RAC upgrade with rollback protection.
- Disaster Recovery: Finalized cloud RAC as a disaster recovery database, maintaining synchronization with production for ongoing protection.
