Hong Kong, June 26, 2025 — Information2 Software Ltd. announced the official opening of its new office located in Tower A, Prosperous Centre, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong. This move marks a significant progress in the company’s globalization strategy and lays a solid foundation for Information2 Software’s business expansion in Hong Kong and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.  

At today’s opening ceremony, distinguished guests from politics and business gathered to witness this historic moment. Ms. Wendy from InvestHK, Mr. Justin from Information2 Software, Mr. Denis from HKBN, Mr. Edward from Nikoyo, and Mr. Rayman from Systex jointly cut the ribbon for the new office. Mr. Marcus Woo from InvestHK also attended the event.  

Mr. Raymond, Vice President of Information2 Software, served as the host. Ms. Wendy Chow from InvestHK delivered a wonderful speech as the guest representative. Ms. Wendy stated that as an international business and financial center, Hong Kong has attracted many multinational corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises. She warmly welcomed Information2 Software to settle in Hong Kong, emphasizing that Hong Kong is an ideal starting point for mainland enterprises to go global, especially suitable for establishing international headquarters. She also mentioned that Hong Kong not only has an open market environment and a global legal system, but collaborating with local partners and recruiting local talent will greatly enhance the probability of enterprise success and help enterprises smoothly expand into international markets.  

Subsequently, industry representatives including Mr. Denis from HKBN, Mr. Edward from Nikoyo, and Mr. Rayman from Systex (Hong Kong) delivered speeches, sharing their blessings and expectations for Information2 Software’s establishment of an international headquarters in Hong Kong.   

“Information2 Software Ltd.” is a wholly-owned subsidiary established in Hong Kong in 2024 by Shanghai Information2 Software Inc.. As a crucial part of the parent company’s international layout, the Hong Kong subsidiary will continue to promote technological innovation and international development in Hong Kong. Relying on its technical advantages in data replication and disaster recovery management, it will actively expand its business globally, provide more professional and innovative technical support to customers in Hong Kong and worldwide, and gradually expand its influence in the international market.
