Our Story

2009 Jun, the Beijing R & D team was set up to start the research and development of kernel level data replication technology.

2011 Aug, Specially in BC/DR, HA and CDP, the company formally set up in Shanghai, China. and the first version i2Availability v1.0 launched.

2013 Sept,  Information2  launched capital operation and introduced investment institutions such as Cape of Good Hope sailing. Information2 completed the first round of strategic financing to accelerate the layout of China and the global market.

2015 Aug, Information2 was renamed Shanghai Information2 Software Inc.

2015 Aug, the enterprise business continuity cloud service platform, i2yun.com, was formally launched. Based on the rapid development of the Internet, Information2 successfully led the SAAS of the disaster industry and made more companies enjoy the disaster.

2016 Mar. Information2 V6.0 was officially released, which also indicated that the “whole ecology of disaster preparedness”, such as software, hardware and SaaS service platforms, was formally established.

2016 May, Information2 Limited was listed in NEEQ, code: 837417.

2017 Jan,  to further expand the distribution of overseas market, the Saudi operator ZAIN, the disaster tolerant long distance project runs smoothly for a hundred days, and the overseas disaster tolerance projects in the south, France and Mexico have been started.

2017 Jun, we strengthened core products, innovating database protection, virtualization and non agent protection, and launched the British software V6.1;

2017 Nov, the white paper on disaster recovery technology and industry (2018) was released, and the V7.0 was released to enter the era of intelligent disaster recovery.

2018 May, Information2 started to use a single office building as Shanghai headquarters to further enhance the overall image of the enterprise.
