On November 28, 2025, the Shantou International Convention and Exhibition Center hosted the highly anticipated 2025 China Digital Economy Innovation & Development Conference. During the “Cross-Border Data Flow Innovation & Practice” sub-forum, Liu Binqi, Senior Vice President of Info2soft, delivered a keynote speech outlining the challenges and opportunities of Shantou’s overseas Chinese financial and trade cross-border data industry.
