Location: Japan/Singapore
Job Functions:
1. Maintain existing customers and develop new customers in the region;
2. Continuously cooperate with sales leaders and sales teams in China;
3. Manage local customer service needs and relationships;
4. Develop, maintain and execute regional plans;
5. Maintain sales volume, product portfolio and sales prices, and keep abreast of supply and demand conditions, changing trends, economic indicators and competitor information;
6. Meet with customers to understand their evolving needs;
7. Achieve personal goals and contribute to the team.
Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer software and hardware, business administration, marketing, etc.;
2. Have 5 years or more of IT customer sales experience, and have held a sales management position for 2 years or more;
3. Have rich marketing planning experience and be able to identify and determine potential business partners;
4. Be able to communicate in Chinese and English, have good presentation skills, be calm and have strong organizational skills;
5. Strong judgment and decision-making ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, planning and execution ability, excellent market expansion, project coordination and negotiation ability;
6. Have rich team management experience and be able to lead the team to achieve goals.
