To support the province’s digital medical insurance transformation, the Sichuan Provincial Medical Security Bureau implemented Info2soft’s solution-based cloud data migration and synchronization solution. The project enabled real-time, lossless healthcare data replication from 22 regional cities to the national medical insurance platform.

- City-Level Data Migration — Extracted, cleaned, and transformed data from regional social security databases (Oracle 11g/12c/19c) and synchronized them through Info2soft’s solution.
- Provincial-Level Data Reporting — Configured a sync server to incrementally replicate new data from TDSQL sources to MySQL targets every two minutes.
- Specialized DELETE Handling — Captured DELETE operations via TDSQL binlogs and logged them into a dedicated database for automated processing and compliance tracking.
- Settlement Platform Integration — Real-time replication of both full and incremental data into the TBASE system, ensuring instant display on settlement and treatment platforms.
