Disaster Recovery Architecture Diagram of Business System of The People’s Procuratorate of Xi’an, Shaanxi Province
In order to meet the needs of key data protection and business continuity under the new IT situation, the People’s Procuratorate of Shaanxi Province makes three objectives for disaster recovery from the trend of future disaster recovery center construction.
1. Replace existing production center storage and complete data migration
2. Building a remote data-level disaster recovery center in Yulin
3. Disaster recovery software deployment and business system migration
The Linear distance between production center and disaster recovery center is about 450 km, and 100M private network line is allocated. In general, the project is implemented by domestic technology in data layer, business layer and access layer.
Data Layer: The technology of byte-level replication based on host, block-level replication based on NAS storage, semantic-level replication based on database are adopted to realize second-level data synchronization. At the same time, it can ensure that the disaster recovery center data is accurate and available through consistency comparison of data.
Business layer: The order of start-up and takeover can be customized by using remote cluster technology. By doing so the disaster recovery can be one-button start-up to ensure minute-level takeover of business system.
Access Layer: Through load balancing software, user visit requests can be switched from production center to disaster recovery center quickly. The project realizes remote application-level system takeover in long-distance, narrow-band, cross-hardware-platform and cross-operating-system circumstance by using various technologies.
At the final acceptance, the People’s Procuratorate of Shaanxi Province switched the existing actual business system to Yulin disaster recovery center, and switched back to the main data center after a week of stable operation. The whole switching process was smooth and efficient, and achieved the desired results of the project.
